7 Brew stands close for one holiday, Christmas Day, and run shortened hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter and July 4. Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday and the rest are normal days. That’s the pattern from 2024 and 2025 across corporate and franchise stands, but 7 Brew sets hours stand by stand and doesn’t publish a national holiday schedule, so the only firm answer for your stand is the hours shown in the 7 Brew app or the location finder for that date.

“Medium” means I’ve seen stands in the same state post different hours on that day. “High” means every stand I’ve checked did the same thing two years running. Regular hours at most stands are 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; the daily schedule and regional differences are on 7 Brew hours.
How to check your stand’s hours for a holiday
Open the 7 Brew app, choose your stand, and read the hours for the date. Stands enter holiday hours a week or two ahead, and the app is the source Brewistas use.

Or check the stand’s Google Business listing the day before; most 7 Brew stands mark holiday hours there.
If nothing is posted by the day before, assume morning-only for Thanksgiving and Easter, early close for the eves, and closed for Christmas Day.
The holidays that matter, one by one
Thanksgiving
Open in the morning, closed by early afternoon at most stands; a handful stay open until 4 and a handful close entirely. Holiday drinks are already on the board by then. Details and the Black Friday rush on the Thanksgiving page.
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s
Christmas Eve runs until about 4 p.m. at most stands and is the last big day for the Christmas drinks. Christmas Day is the one true closure. New Year’s Eve stays open into the evening (6 to 8 p.m. closes are common) and New Year’s Day opens late and closes early. The holiday menu ends December 31, so January 1 is the first day the winter board is gone.
Easter
Mostly open Sunday morning with an early close; some stands treat it as a normal Sunday. Full notes on is 7 Brew open on Easter.
July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day
Memorial Day and Labor Day are ordinary days; if anything they’re busier because of road trips. July 4 is open but many stands close mid-afternoon. Those three are also when Frozen Chillers and Lemon Freezes sell out of ice at busy stands, which is a real thing that happens by 2 p.m. on a hot holiday.
National Coffee Day (September 29)
Normal hours and the busiest non-holiday morning of the year at many stands. In 2026, 7 Brew is giving away a free state license-plate sticker. Details on the National Coffee Day page.

Is 7 Brew open on Christmas Day?
Most stands are closed on December 25. A few franchise stands have opened for a morning shift in past years, but treat Christmas Day as closed unless your stand’s app listing says otherwise.
Is 7 Brew open on Christmas Eve?
Usually yes, with an early close, commonly around 4 p.m. Some stands close at 2 p.m.
Is 7 Brew open on New Year’s Day?
Yes at most stands, often with reduced hours (roughly 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.). New Year’s Eve is normal-ish with a 6 to 8 p.m. close at many stands.

Memorial Day and Labor Day are normal hours at most stands. July 4 is open but often closes mid-afternoon so crews can go to fireworks.
