7 Brew’s holiday drinks show up on the menu board in the first week of November and disappear on January 1, and the core lineup has stayed stable for two winters: Candy Cane Mocha, Crème Brûlée Breve, Brew Frost 7 Energy, Holiday Punch, Mistletoe Chai and a Gingerbread Latte, plus a run of eggnog drinks (chai, shake and an Eggnog Blondie) that 7 Brew added in 2024. As of September 11, 2026 the 2026 holiday menu hasn’t been announced. This page lists what each drink is made of, what it costs, calories from the official nutrition guide, and the exact words to use if you want one of them in July.
One thing to know before you scroll: none of these are secret recipes. 7 Brew builds every drink from a base (mocha, breve, 7 Energy, Fizz, chai) plus syrups, so a “holiday drink” is a named combination, and the combination still works after the season ends.
When do 7 Brew holiday drinks come out?
Early November, with the menu running through December 31. In 2024, 7 Brew announced the holiday menu on November 4 and Spoon University reported it as available “for a limited time through December 31, 2024.” In 2025 the drinks appeared on stand boards in the same first week of November. 7 Brew now runs a monthly featured-drinks program (started January 2026), so the December 2026 featured set will almost certainly be the holiday set.

The Holiday Punch flavor mix varies by stand more than the others; that’s the one drink where I’ve seen two boards in the same state list different syrups, so the row above is the common version, not gospel.
Candy Cane Mocha
Peppermint plus white chocolate on the standard mocha, and the drink 7 Brew fans post about most every December. A plain small iced mocha is 180 calories and 120 mg of caffeine per the June 2026 nutrition guide; the white chocolate version of a mocha runs 260 calories and 42 g of sugar in a small iced, so figure a Candy Cane Mocha lands around 260 to 300 with whipped cream. Order it at half sweetness if you find 7 Brew mochas syrupy; peppermint carries flavor even at half pumps.
Crème Brûlée Breve
Cane sugar, toasted marshmallow and salted caramel in a hot breve (espresso with half-and-half). This one graduated: the latte version is now on the permanent Classics menu as the Crème Brûlée Latte, listed at 180 calories and 30 g sugar for a small iced and 230 calories hot. The breve is the richer holiday form and is closer to 300-plus calories small, since a plain small hot breve alone is 330. If you only try one hot holiday drink, this is the one; it doesn’t taste like candy.
Brew Frost 7 Energy
Blue raspberry, coconut and vanilla on 7 Energy, the light-blue drink that shows up in every 7 Brew holiday photo. 7 Brew’s own Facebook post pitched it as orderable on Fizz, lemonade or tea too, not only energy. A small iced 7 Energy base is roughly 180 calories (about 45 g sugar) or 0 to 10 calories sugar-free, with 67 mg of caffeine small and 133 mg large according to the official guide. Sugar-free Brew Frost is the best-tasting near-zero-calorie drink on the winter board, in my opinion, because coconut and vanilla cover the diet-syrup edge.
Holiday Punch
A red-fruit 7 Fizz that reads like cranberry punch. The Fizz base is 0 calories in every size, so the whole drink is the syrups, roughly 100 to 150 calories for a medium unless you ask for sugar-free. It’s caffeine-free, which makes it the default kids’ holiday order, and it comes in the 12 oz Kids cup.
Mistletoe Chai and Gingerbread Latte
Mistletoe Chai is peppermint and white chocolate on the chai latte; a small iced chai latte is already 150 calories and 24 g sugar before syrups, and the guide lists chai at 0 mg caffeine, so this is the cozy no-jitters option. The Gingerbread Latte is brown sugar cinnamon and vanilla (some stands add a caramel drizzle) on a latte that starts at 110 calories small iced. Both can be made with oat, almond or coconut milk for about 75 cents more.
How to order a holiday drink after the season ends
Say the base, then the syrups. Brewistas at 7 Brew are trained to build from ingredients and they hear “secret menu” orders all day, so this works at every stand, even in April.
“Small iced mocha with peppermint and white chocolate” gets you a Candy Cane Mocha.
“Medium 7 Energy with blue raspberry, coconut and vanilla” gets you a Brew Frost. Add “sugar-free” before “7 Energy” for the diet version.
“Hot breve with cane sugar, toasted marshmallow and salted caramel” gets you the Crème Brûlée Breve.
“Chai latte with peppermint and white chocolate” is the Mistletoe Chai.
The only thing that can fail is peppermint syrup availability. It’s a seasonal syrup at many stands and I’ve been told “we’re out of peppermint” in late January more than once. Everything else in the list is a year-round syrup.
What 7 Brew holiday drinks cost
Holiday drinks are priced at their base category, and 7 Brew doesn’t publish prices, so these are the ranges we see on stand boards: mocha and latte drinks $4.25 to $5.00 small, $5.00 to $5.75 medium, $5.75 to $6.75 large; breves about 25 cents more; 7 Energy $4.75 to $5.50 small; Holiday Punch (Fizz) $3.25 to $3.75 small; eggnog shake $5.25 to $6.00 small. When do 7 Brew holiday drinks come out in 2026?
7 Brew has not announced the 2026 date yet. In 2024 the holiday menu launched November 4 and ran through December 31, and 2025 followed the same early-November pattern, so the first week of November is the safe bet. We update this page the day it drops.
Are 7 Brew holiday drinks available all year?
The named drinks leave the board on January 1, but every one of them is a flavor combo on a regular base, so you can order the ingredients any month. Peppermint is the one syrup that sometimes runs out after the season.
Which holiday drink has the least sugar?
Brew Frost made on sugar-free 7 Energy with sugar-free syrups is close to 0 g. A Candy Cane Mocha made sugar-free is still about 3 g of sugar in a small iced, because the mocha base has a little dairy sugar.
Can kids get holiday drinks?
Yes. Holiday Punch (a 7 Fizz) and a peppermint cocoa are the two caffeine-free options, and both come in the 12 oz Kids size.
Do holiday drinks cost more than regular drinks?
No. They are priced at their base category, so a Candy Cane Mocha costs what a mocha costs (about $4.25 to $5.00 small) and Brew Frost costs what a 7 Energy costs (about $4.75 to $5.50 small). Whipped cream and drizzle add 50 to 75 cents.
Is the Crème Brûlée drink still available?
Yes, permanently. The Crème Brûlée Latte (cane sugar + toasted marshmallow + salted caramel) moved onto the regular Classics menu, and the breve version is one flavor swap away.
