A 7 Brew account is a Rewards account tied to your phone number, and you sign in with that number plus a text code, either on the web at rewards.7brew.com/sign-in or in the 7 Brew app (iPhone and Android). There’s no password and no email login. Signing up takes about a minute at the window or in the app, checking points is free in either place or by giving the Brewista your number, and the account is required to order ahead in the app but not to keep earning points. The “7 Brew customer portal” people search for is the web sign-in at rewards.7brew.com; there’s no separate portal, and there’s no login on the main 7brew.com pages beyond the button that sends you there. The gift-card balance checker is a separate page at rewards.7brew.com/giftcard and doesn’t need an account.
How to sign in to 7 Brew Rewards
Go to rewards.7brew.com/sign-in or open the 7 Brew app and tap Sign In.
Enter the phone number on your Rewards account (the one you gave at the window when you signed up).
Enter the code from the text message. Codes are single-use and expire in a few minutes.
You’re in: the Rewards tab shows points and available free drinks; in the app you can also order ahead.
How to sign up for a 7 Brew account
At the window: give the Brewista your phone number and you’re enrolled; 7 Brew’s rewards page says “sign up in seconds using your phone number. No card needed, no catch.” In the app: tap Sign Up, enter your number, verify the code, add your name and birthday (the birthday is what triggers the free birthday drink). No purchase is required to create the account; a purchase is required to earn the first 100 points.
How to check your 7 Brew rewards online (free)
Sign in at rewards.7brew.com/sign-in; your points and any free drinks are on the first screen.
Or open the app and tap Rewards at the bottom.
Or ask at the window: “Can you check my points?” and give your number.
All three are free. Anything that asks you to pay to “check 7 Brew rewards” is not 7 Brew. Points post after each qualifying purchase (small, medium or large drink) and usually appear within minutes; if a visit is missing, 7 Brew asks you to submit the visit details through 7brew.com/support.

Where is the 7 Brew Rewards login?
On the web at rewards.7brew.com/sign-in (the “Log In Or Sign Up” button on 7brew.com/rewards), or in the 7 Brew app for iPhone and Android. Both use your phone number and a text code; there is no password.
How do I check my 7 Brew rewards points for free?
Sign in at rewards.7brew.com/sign-in or open the app; both are free. Or give your phone number at the drive-thru and the Brewista can read your balance. 7 Brew’s FAQ confirms you do not need the app to keep using the account.
Do I need the app to have a 7 Brew account?
No. 7 Brew says “you do not need to download the app to continue using your account.” The app is required only for order-ahead.
I didn’t get the text code. What now?
Check the number you typed (it must be the number on the account), wait two minutes, and request again. If it never arrives, use the contact form at 7brew.com/support and select “App”; the account is tied to the phone number, so they can verify it.
Can I delete my 7 Brew account?
Yes. 7 Brew’s FAQ says to submit a request through the 7brew.com/support form. Points and free drinks are lost when the account is deleted.
What happened to the old 7 Brew Rewards login?
It moved into the app and the rewards.7brew.com site when 7 Brew launched the app (mobile ordering went live August 12, 2026). Existing points transferred automatically, and saved free drinks stayed on the account.
