7 Brew publishes one official nutrition guide, a 54-page PDF updated June 2026, and every number on this page comes from it. The short version: a small iced latte is 110 calories, a small iced Blondie is 280, a small original 7 Energy is 180 calories with 45 g of sugar, and cold brew is the most caffeinated drink on the menu at 179 mg for a small. Sizes matter more than flavors; going from small to large roughly doubles calories on most drinks, and the Frozen Chiller versions can be three times the iced number.
Below you get a calculator, then full tables by category (Originals, coffee classics, 7 Energy, Fizz, teas and chai, lemonade, smoothies, shakes, muffin tops and toppings), plus the caffeine chart and the allergen list. 7 Brew doesn’t show any of this on its website menu, and the stands only hand out an allergen chart, so this is the fastest way to check a drink before you order.
7 Brew nutrition calculator (iced or standard version, official June 2026 data)
Sugar and caffeine for medium are shown as a small-to-large range where the guide lists medium separately. Hot drinks add roughly 60 to 130 calories; Frozen Chillers add more.
7 Originals nutrition facts (iced)
Five of the seven Originals are breves, which is why they sit at 280 to 330 calories for a small even though their sugar is moderate. The two mochas (Brunette and Banana Bread) are lower in calories but carry more sugar. All seven contain milk.
| Drink | Small | Medium | Large | Sugar S / L | Caffeine S / L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blondie (vanilla + caramel breve) | 280 | 480 | 560 | 20 / 39 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Sweet & Salty | 300 | 520 | 600 | 27 / 54 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Cinnamon Roll | 290 | 510 | 590 | 24 / 49 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Brunette (hazelnut + caramel mocha) | 250 | 370 | 500 | 39 / 79 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Banana Bread (banana + hazelnut mocha) | 220 | 340 | 450 | 38 / 76 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Smooth 7 | 300 | 520 | 600 | 26 / 52 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Cookie Butter | 330 | 580 | 660 | 34 / 69 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| German Chocolate mocha (former Original) | 260 | 370 | 430 | 41 / 64 g | 120 / 240 mg |
Hot versions: add about 130 calories to the small number (a small hot Blondie is 410). Frozen Chiller versions: a large Blondie Chiller is 760 calories and a large Brunette Chiller is 920, the highest single drink in the guide apart from the 970-calorie Lemon Freeze and Tiger’s Blood smoothie.
Coffee classics nutrition (latte, mocha, breve, macchiato, americano, cold brew)
| Drink (iced) | Small | Medium | Large | Sugar S / L | Caffeine S / L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Latte | 110 | 190 | 230 | 8 / 17 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Vanilla Latte | 180 | 260 | 300 | 30 / 38 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Crème Brûlée Latte | 180 | 260 | 300 | 30 / 38 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Mocha | 180 | 300 | 360 | 23 / 45 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| White Chocolate Mocha | 260 | 370 | 430 | 42 / 64 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Caramel Macchiato | 260 | 340 | 380 | 40 / 49 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Salted Caramel Macchiato | 250 | 330 | 370 | 42 / 51 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Breve (plain) | 240 | 400 | 480 | 4 / 8 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Caramel Breve | 330 | 490 | 570 | 25 / 29 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Cappuccino (chiller) | 90 | 130 | 150 | 7 / 11 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Americano | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Hazelnut or Brown Sugar Cinnamon Americano | 80 | 80 | 80 | 19 g | 120 / 240 mg |
| Cold Brew | 15 | 20 | 25 | 0 g | 179 / 357 mg |
| Blondie Cold Brew | 120 | 130 | 130 | 22 g | 156 / 335 mg |
The americano is the only true zero-calorie coffee, and a flavored americano is still just 80 to 100 calories in every size because the syrup is the only thing in it besides water and espresso. A plain breve has almost no sugar (4 g small) but 240 calories, all from half-and-half; that’s the drink to order if you’re counting carbs, and the drink to skip if you’re counting calories.
7 Energy nutrition and caffeine
| Drink (iced) | Small | Medium | Large | Sugar S / L | Caffeine S / M / L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Energy, Ocean Breeze | 180 | 240 | 360 | 45 / 91 g | 67 / 105 / 133 mg |
| Pixie Stick 7 Energy | 170 | 230 | 350 | 43 / 86 g | 67 / 105 / 133 mg |
| Sunrise, Heatwave, Tropic Thunder, Brewberry, Nightshade | 180 | 230 | 350–360 | 44 / 88 g | 67 / 105 / 133 mg |
| Sugar-Free 7 Energy (any flavor) | 0 | 5 | 10 | 0 g | 67 / 105 / 133 mg |
| 7 Energy Frozen Chiller (Ocean Breeze) | 150 | 190 | 300 | 38 / 75 g | 36 / 55 / 71 mg |
This is the table to screenshot. Most menu sites list 7 Energy at 115, 180 and 230 mg of caffeine; those figures are the sodium column in 7 Brew’s PDF. The caffeine column reads 67, 105 and 133 mg for small, medium and large iced. A large 7 Energy has about the caffeine of a small latte, and the frozen version is closer to a cup of green tea. If you want the strongest drink for the money, that’s cold brew, not energy. Sodium is 115 to 230 mg, which is where the confusion came from.
7 Fizz, teas, chai and matcha
| Drink (iced) | Small | Medium | Large | Sugar S / L | Caffeine S / L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Fizz base | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 0 mg |
| Pink Mermaid or Blood Orange Fizz | 160–170 | 240–250 | 320–340 | 41 / 85 g | 0 mg |
| Green tea | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 40 / 79 mg |
| Black tea | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 85 / 170 mg |
| Paris tea | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 68 / 136 mg |
| Earl Grey or cinnamon spice | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 11 / 21 mg |
| Decaf tea | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 g | 1 mg |
| Flavored tea (Georgia Peach, Hula, Cherry Blossom) | 80 | 150–170 | 230–250 | 19–21 / 57–64 g | same as base tea |
| Chai latte | 150 | 220 | 300 | 24 / 49 g | 0 mg (listed) |
| Brewchata or Sugar Cookie chai latte | 170–220 | 230–300 | 280–370 | 37–44 / 59–68 g | 0 mg |
| Matcha latte | 160 | 240 | 330 | 22 / 45 g | 11 / 22 mg |
| Strawberry or Cloud 9 matcha latte | 220–230 | 300–310 | 380–400 | 40–44 / 63–66 g | 11 / 22 mg |
Two surprises here. Chai is listed at 0 mg of caffeine (7 Brew’s chai concentrate, not brewed black tea), so it’s a bedtime-safe order. And Earl Grey shows only 11 mg for a small, far below the black tea it’s usually made from, which suggests 7 Brew’s Earl Grey is a lighter blend; I can’t explain the number, only report it. The Brewchata chai carries an almond allergen flag, the only tea drink that does.
Lemonade, smoothies and shakes
| Drink | Small | Medium | Large | Sugar S / L | Allergen |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lemonade | 140 | 200 | 270 | 33 / 66 g | none |
| Flavored lemonade (Pink Paradise, Cocoberry) | 200–210 | 270–280 | 400–420 | 49–51 / 98–103 g | none |
| Lemon Freeze (any flavor) | 480–490 | 720–730 | 950–970 | 102 / 205 g | Milk |
| Strawberry smoothie | 310 | 460 | 620 | 65 / 130 g | Milk |
| Mango smoothie | 290 | 430 | 580 | 51 / 102 g | Milk |
| Peach smoothie | 250 | 370 | 500 | 51 / 102 g | Milk |
| Wildberry smoothie | 310 | 460 | 620 | 59 / 118 g | Milk |
| Piña Colada smoothie | 470 | 700 | 940 | 75 / 150 g | Milk |
| Tiger’s Blood Piña Colada | 480 | 720 | 970 | 85 / 170 g | Milk |
| Shake base | 270 | 410 | 540 | 36 / 72 g | Milk |
| Birthday Cake or Cookies & Cream shake | 400 | 600 | 800 | 72 / 144 g | Milk |
| Rocky Road shake | 470 | 710 | 940 | 88 / 177 g | Milk |
The Lemon Freeze is the drink nobody expects: a large is 970 calories and 205 g of sugar, more than a large Rocky Road shake. It’s a frozen lemonade with cream, and the cream is why it carries a milk flag while regular lemonade doesn’t. Smoothies are all caffeine-free and all contain milk in the base.
Muffin tops and toppings
| Item | Calories | Sugar | Fat | Allergen |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blueberry muffin top | 470 | 34 g | 21 g | not listed in guide |
| Chocolate chip muffin top | 560 | 45 g | 28 g | not listed |
| Lemon poppyseed muffin top | 480 | 35 g | 23 g | not listed |
| Whipped cream | 15 | 2 g | 1 g | Milk, Soy |
| Cold foam | 15 | 1 g | 1 g | Milk |
| Cream (1 oz) | 40 | 1 g | 3 g | Milk |
| Caramel drizzle (1 oz) | 130 | 22 g | 2 g | Milk |
| White chocolate drizzle (1 oz) | 110 | 23 g | 1 g | Milk |
| Dark chocolate drizzle (1 oz) | 100 | 23 g | 1 g | none |
| Sugar-free drizzles (1 oz) | 70–80 | 0 g | 0–2 g | Milk, Soy (caramel, white) |
Whipped cream is only 15 calories, so it isn’t the problem; the drizzles are. One ounce of caramel drizzle is 130 calories and 22 g of sugar, about the same as adding a second flavor pump set. The Pup Cup isn’t in the guide (it’s whipped cream, so figure 30 to 60 calories for the dog).
7 Brew caffeine content, ranked
- Cold brew: 179 mg small, 268 mg medium, 357 mg large
- Blondie, Brunette or White Mac cold brew: 156 mg small, 335 mg large
- Every espresso drink (latte, mocha, breve, macchiato, americano, all 7 Originals): 120 mg small and medium, 240 mg large, 60 mg Kids
- Black tea 85 / 170 mg; Paris tea 68 / 136 mg
- 7 Energy: 67 mg small, 105 mg medium, 133 mg large (36 to 71 mg frozen)
- Green tea 40 / 79 mg; matcha latte 11 / 22 mg; Earl Grey and cinnamon spice 11 / 21 mg
- Decaf tea 1 mg; decaf espresso about 2 mg per shot; chai, Fizz, lemonade, smoothies and shakes 0 mg
7 Brew’s FAQ adds two useful rules: any espresso drink can be made decaf or half-caf, and cold brew is the one exception to half-caf. If you’re pregnant or capping caffeine around 200 mg, a medium of anything espresso-based (120 mg) fits and a large (240 mg) doesn’t.
Allergens at 7 Brew
The guide flags top-9 allergens per drink. Milk appears on every latte, mocha, breve, macchiato, cappuccino, chai, matcha, smoothie, shake, Lemon Freeze, flavored cold brew and on whipped cream, cold foam and cream. Soy shows up on whipped cream, several sugar-free syrups and drizzles, and on sugar-free Blondie. Almond appears only on the Brewchata chai. Nothing in the drink guide is flagged for wheat, egg, peanut, tree nuts other than almond, fish, shellfish or sesame, but muffin tops have no allergen line in the PDF at all, so ask at the window; they’re a bakery item and almost certainly contain wheat and egg. Oat, almond and coconut milk (Califia Farms) can replace dairy in any espresso or tea drink.
Nutrition questions people ask, and the fix
| Issue | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Menu site numbers don’t match the PDF | Most sites copy each other and misread the sodium column as caffeine | Use the tables here or open the PDF; the columns are calories, calories from fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, protein, caffeine |
| A hot drink is more calories than iced | Less ice, more dairy in the same cup | Order iced, or a Kids hot if you want warm and small |
| “Sugar-free” drink still has calories | Breve, mocha, latte and smoothie bases carry dairy or fruit sugar | Pick sugar-free 7 Energy, sugar-free Fizz, tea or an americano for a real near-zero drink |
| Need exact allergen info for a muffin top | The June 2026 guide lists muffin tops without an allergen line | Ask for the stand allergen chart; assume wheat, egg and milk |
| Nutrition for a secret-menu drink | Secret drinks are combos, so they are not in the guide | Add up the base drink from the table plus roughly 20 calories and 5 g sugar per flavor pump, or 0 for sugar-free |
7 Brew nutrition FAQs
Where can I get the official 7 Brew nutrition PDF?
At 7brew.com/nutrition-guide.pdf. It is 54 pages, dated June 2026, and lists calories, fat, carbs, sugar, sodium, protein, caffeine and top-9 allergens for every size and temperature of every drink. Our tables above are pulled from it.
Which 7 Brew drink has the most caffeine?
Cold brew: 179 mg in a small, 268 mg medium and 357 mg large. Espresso drinks are 120 mg small and medium (two shots) and 240 mg large (four shots). 7 Energy is lower than most people expect at 67 to 133 mg.
Which 7 Brew drinks are dairy-free?
Americano, cold brew, plain teas, 7 Fizz, lemonade and 7 Energy carry no milk allergen in the guide. Smoothies, shakes, Lemon Freeze and every latte, mocha, breve, chai and matcha are labeled “Contains: Milk.” Oat, almond and coconut milk can replace dairy in espresso drinks; the smoothie and shake bases cannot be swapped.
Is there a 7 Brew calorie calculator?
Use the one on this page: pick a drink and size and it shows calories, sugar and caffeine from the official guide. Hot and Frozen Chiller versions run higher than iced, roughly plus 100 calories hot and plus 200 to 300 for a large Chiller.
Does sugar-free at 7 Brew mean zero sugar?
No. Sugar-free flavors remove the syrup sugar only. A sugar-free small iced Blondie still has 4 g of sugar and 240 calories from the half-and-half, and a sugar-free mocha keeps 3 g. Only teas, Fizz, americano and sugar-free 7 Energy get close to zero.
How much sugar is in a 7 Brew energy drink?
About 44 g in a small original 7 Energy and 88 g in a large, roughly the same as a 12 oz can of regular soda per small. Sugar-free 7 Energy is 0 g.
