7 Brew House Blend Coffee (Is There Drip Coffee, Price, Caffeine, How to Order)

7 Brew’s house blend is a plain brewed drip coffee that many stands sell hot or iced for about $2.75 to $3.50 a small, but it isn’t on 7brew.com’s menu, isn’t in the June 2026 nutrition guide, and isn’t offered at every stand. The official black-coffee options are the americano (0 calories, 120 mg caffeine small) and cold brew (15 calories, 179 mg). If you want “just a regular coffee,” ask for house blend and fall back to an americano, which every stand makes.

Because 7 Brew publishes nothing on this drink, this page is short and clear about what’s verified and what’s an estimate.

What it is and where it’s sold

A batch-brewed medium-roast drip coffee, served in the standard Kids/Small/Medium/Large cups, with cream and syrups available. Corporate-run stands in Arkansas and Missouri have kept it on the board; some franchise stands never added it because the brew station takes counter space in a stand built around espresso. The app doesn’t list it at every location. Where it isn’t offered, “americano” gets you espresso and hot water, which is close in strength and 25 to 50 cents more.

Caffeine for brewed coffee usually lands between 90 and 150 mg per 12 oz depending on roast and strength, so a small (12 oz hot) is probably near 100 mg and a large hot (20 oz) near 170 mg. That’s an inference, not a 7 Brew figure.

How to order

  1. “Small hot house blend, black” (or “with cream”).
  2. If the Brewista says they don’t have it: “small hot americano” instead.
  3. Iced: “iced house blend” where offered, or cold brew for a stronger iced black coffee.
  4. Flavors are free; “with sugar-free vanilla” keeps it near zero calories.

House blend FAQs

Does 7 Brew serve regular brewed coffee?

Many stands sell a House Blend drip coffee, but it is not listed on 7brew.com’s menu (which shows americano and cold brew as the black coffees) or in the June 2026 nutrition guide. Ask; if the stand does not brew it, an americano is the substitute.

How much caffeine is in 7 Brew house blend?

7 Brew has not published it. Brewed coffee generally runs 90 to 150 mg per 12 oz; assume roughly 100 mg for a small and 200-plus for a large. An americano is a known 120 mg small.

How many calories?

About 5 black, like any drip coffee. Cream and syrup add the usual: about 40 calories per ounce of cream, 20 per syrup pump set.

How much does house blend cost?

About $2.75 to $3.50 for a small where offered, the cheapest coffee at 7 Brew. Americano is $3.25 to $3.75.

Is it available iced?

Where sold, yes as iced coffee, though most stands push cold brew (179 mg caffeine small) for iced black coffee.

Can I buy 7 Brew coffee beans?

7 Brew sells ready-to-drink canned coffee at Walmart (Blondie, Brunette Brownie, Banana Bread chilled espresso, $2.98) and merch at shop7brew.com; whole-bean bags are not a standard retail item as of September 2026.
