The Blondie is 7 Brew’s best-known drink: a vanilla and caramel breve, which means espresso with half-and-half instead of milk, and it’s the first item on the 7 Originals list. A small iced Blondie is 280 calories, 20 g of sugar and 120 mg of caffeine; a medium jumps to 480 calories because the cup goes from 16 to 24 oz of mostly cream. Expect to pay $4.75 to $5.50 for a small in 2026. It comes hot, iced or as a Frozen Chiller, and there’s a sugar-free version that cuts sugar to 4 g but keeps most of the calories.

What is in a 7 Brew Blondie?
Three things: espresso, half-and-half, and two syrups (vanilla and caramel). 7brew.com lists it simply as “Vanilla + Caramel Breve.” There’s no white chocolate in it, which is the main difference from the Sweet & Salty (salted caramel + white chocolate breve) and the Smooth 7 (Irish cream + white chocolate breve). The Brunette is the mocha cousin: hazelnut and caramel on chocolate and milk instead of cream.
Two shots go in a small and a medium; four go in a large. That’s why a medium has the same caffeine as a small but 200 more calories. The extra 8 oz is cream and ice, not coffee.

Prices come from stand menu boards in 2026 and vary by franchise; 7 Brew’s FAQ says pricing is on the board at each stand. Sugar-free is the same price. A cheaper near-copy: order a small latte with vanilla and caramel, which is usually 50 to 75 cents less and about 170 calories, though it won’t have the cream texture.

The hot Blondie is the calorie trap: a small hot is 410 calories against 280 iced, because there’s no ice displacing cream. The sugar-free Frozen Chiller is the lightest Blondie at 120 calories for a small, oddly enough, since the chiller base is blended with ice and less half-and-half. The sugar-free syrups add a soy flag to the allergen line.
How to order a Blondie (and the versions worth trying)
Say the size, then “iced Blondie” or “hot Blondie.” No need to say breve; it already is one.
Add “half sweet” if you want less syrup (my default), or “sugar-free” for the diet syrups.
Ask for “as a chiller” for the frozen version, or “with whipped cream and caramel drizzle” for the dessert version (drizzle adds about 130 calories per ounce).
Kids size is a 12 oz Blondie with one shot; it no longer earns Rewards points.

If you want less sugar, the Blondie is the lowest-sugar Original at 20 g for a small; the Brunette has nearly twice that because chocolate sauce is sweeter than cream. If you want fewer calories, the Brunette wins by 30. I’d pick the Blondie for a first visit and the Smooth 7 if you already like Irish cream.
