Yes, 7 Brew takes Apple Pay. 7 Brew’s official FAQ lists its accepted payments as “tap-to-pay, cash, credit/debit cards, and 7 Brew gift cards,” and Apple Pay (along with Google Pay and Samsung Pay) is tap-to-pay on the handheld readers Brewistas carry in the drive-thru lane. You hold your phone to the reader at the window, or at the tablet in the lane at stands that take payment early. The one place Apple Pay doesn’t work is inside the 7 Brew app, because the app doesn’t take payment at all; order-ahead orders are paid at the drive-thru.

How paying with Apple Pay works at the drive-thru
Order at the speaker, or with the Brewista who walks the lane with a tablet.
At the window (or in the lane, at stands that pre-pay), the Brewista holds out a handheld card reader.
Double-click the side button on your iPhone or Apple Watch, authenticate, and hold it near the reader until it beeps.
Give your Rewards phone number before paying so the drink earns 100 points; payment type doesn’t affect points.
Apple Pay is the fastest option in the lane because there’s no card to hand back and forth. Tips: many stands’ readers show a tip prompt before the payment screen; tap through it either way.

Does 7 Brew take Google Pay or Samsung Pay?
Yes, for the same reason: they are tap-to-pay wallets and the readers accept contactless payment.
Can I pay in the 7 Brew app?
No. 7 Brew’s FAQ says payment for app orders “is completed at the drive-thru.” Apple Pay works at the window when you pick up.
Does 7 Brew take cash?
Yes, cash, credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay and 7 Brew gift cards. Checks are not accepted.
Does 7 Brew take EBT or Venmo?
No. EBT is not accepted (prepared drinks), and there is no Venmo, PayPal or Cash App option at the window.
Do I still earn Rewards points with Apple Pay?
Yes. Points come from giving your Rewards phone number (or being signed in to the app), not from the payment method.
