A 7 Brew latte is espresso and steamed or cold milk with whatever syrup you pick, and it’s the lightest espresso drink on the board: a plain small iced latte is 110 calories, 8 g of sugar and 120 mg of caffeine, against 280 calories for a Blondie. Prices in 2026 run about $4.25 to $5.00 for a small. The three named lattes on the September menu are Vanilla, Toasted Marshmallow and Crème Brûlée (cane sugar + toasted marshmallow + salted caramel), and “build your own latte” with any flavor is on the menu as its own line. It comes hot, iced or as a Frozen Chiller, in Kids, Small, Medium and Large.

What’s in a 7 Brew latte
Espresso (two shots in small and medium, four in large, one in Kids), milk, and syrup. Hot lattes are steamed; iced lattes are shaken over ice; the Frozen Chiller is blended. Any of the roughly 30 syrups on the wall can go in, and 7 Brew’s FAQ says you can mix any of them. Swapping the milk for Califia Farms oat, almond or coconut is about 75 cents extra. Swapping milk for half-and-half makes it a breve, which is a different (and much richer) drink.

Stand-board ranges from 2026; 7 Brew doesn’t publish prices. Named lattes (Vanilla, Crème Brûlée) cost the same as a plain latte because syrups are free. An extra shot is $0.75 to $1.00. A latte with vanilla and caramel is the budget version of a Blondie and usually saves 50 to 75 cents.

Add a flavored syrup and the numbers move: a small iced Vanilla Latte is 180 calories and 30 g sugar, a Toasted Marshmallow Latte 170 calories and 27 g, a Crème Brûlée Latte 180 and 30 g. Sugar-free vanilla brings it back to 100 calories and 7 g. The Frozen Chiller latte is the one to watch; a large is 580 calories and 351 mg of caffeine, which is more caffeine than a large cold brew.

How to order a 7 Brew latte
Say size and temperature, then “latte,” then the flavor: “medium iced latte with vanilla.”
For a named drink use its name: “small hot Crème Brûlée Latte.”
Add “with oat milk” (or almond, coconut) if you want it dairy-free; the syrups are already dairy-free.
Say “half sweet” to cut syrup, “sugar-free” for diet syrups, or “an extra shot” for 60 mg more caffeine.
