7 Brew’s coffee menu is seven Classics (latte, mocha, macchiato, breve, cappuccino, americano and cold brew), seven flavored Originals built on breve and mocha, and whatever coffee drinks are in the monthly featured set. Every espresso drink uses two shots in a small or medium (120 mg caffeine) and four in a large (240 mg); cold brew is stronger at 179 to 357 mg. Prices for a small run from about $3.25 for an americano to $5.50 for an Original in 2026. A 7 Brew macchiato is the coffee-shop-style layered latte with caramel or flavor drizzle, not the Italian espresso-with-foam macchiato; the Caramel Macchiato is 260 calories for a small iced. Cappuccino is listed in the guide only as a Frozen Chiller, and hot cappuccinos at the stand are basically a foamier latte.
The 7 Originals are coffee drinks too
All seven Originals are espresso drinks: five breves (Blondie, Sweet & Salty, Cinnamon Roll, Smooth 7, Cookie Butter) and two mochas (Brunette, Banana Bread). They range from 220 calories (Banana Bread) to 330 (Cookie Butter) for a small iced and all carry 120 mg of caffeine small and 240 mg large. Think of them as pre-named flavor combos on the Classics; a “latte with vanilla and caramel” is a Blondie with milk instead of cream, and it’s cheaper.

The medium trap: same shots as a small, 50% more milk. If you want a stronger medium, add a shot. Decaf shots are about 2 mg each and half-caf is allowed on anything except cold brew, per 7 Brew’s FAQ. Every espresso drink can be hot, iced or a Frozen Chiller, and the chiller uses more espresso (a small chiller latte is 176 mg).

Milk, sweetness and customization
Default is dairy milk (or half-and-half in a breve). Califia Farms oat, almond and coconut are the alternatives at about 75 cents. Sweetness goes 1/4, 1/2, regular or extra; most of the named coffee drinks are better at 1/2. Toppings are cream, whipped cream or cold foam, and the drizzles are white chocolate, dark chocolate or caramel (100 to 130 calories an ounce). Sugar-free syrups exist for most flavors, and the guide flags a soy allergen on several of them.

Does 7 Brew have regular drip coffee?
Most stands sell a House Blend brewed coffee even though it is not on the website menu; the website lists americano and cold brew as the “black coffee” options. Ask for “a small house blend” and if the stand does not carry it, an americano is the closest thing.
What is the strongest coffee at 7 Brew?
Cold brew: 179 mg caffeine small, 268 mg medium, 357 mg large. A large latte or Blondie is 240 mg (four shots). A Frozen Chiller latte is 351 mg for a large because it uses extra shots.
How many espresso shots are in a 7 Brew drink?
One in Kids, two in small and medium, four in large, for every espresso drink. That is why a medium has the same caffeine as a small.
Can I get decaf at 7 Brew?
Yes, decaf espresso is available in any espresso drink and 7 Brew says a decaf shot has about 2 mg of caffeine. Half-caf is available for everything except cold brew.
