7 Energy is 7 Brew’s own energy drink base, served over ice or blended as a Frozen Chiller with any of the syrup flavors mixed in, and it comes in original or sugar-free. A small iced original is 180 calories with about 45 g of sugar and 67 mg of caffeine; the sugar-free version is 0 calories with the same 67 mg. It costs about $4.75 to $5.50 for a small at most stands in 2026. The ten named flavors on the September 2026 menu are Ocean Breeze, Tropic Thunder, Sunrise, Heatwave, Brewberry, Pixie Stick, Nightshade, Strawberry, Blue Raspberry and Watermelon, and you can build your own from the whole syrup wall.

How much caffeine is in 7 Energy?
67 mg in a small, 105 mg in a medium and 133 mg in a large iced 7 Energy, per the caffeine column of 7 Brew’s official nutrition guide dated June 2026. The Frozen Chiller is weaker, at 36, 55 and 71 mg. The “115 / 180 / 230 mg” numbers you’ll see elsewhere are the sodium column sitting two places to the left in the same PDF. So a large 7 Energy has slightly more caffeine than a small latte (120 mg) and far less than a small cold brew (179 mg). For an energy drink that’s mild, and it’s the reason regulars order a large without feeling wired.

A large original 7 Energy at 91 g of sugar is roughly two and a half cans of regular soda. That’s the single number that pushed me to order sugar-free, and with coconut or vanilla in the mix the diet base is hard to tell apart. Full comparison on the sugar-free 7 Energy page.

7 Brew doesn’t post prices online, so these are the ranges on stand menu boards we’ve checked in 2026; a franchise stand in a big metro runs at the top of each range. Sugar-free costs the same. Extra flavors are free, a Frozen Chiller is usually the same price as iced, and cold foam on top (which people do order on energy drinks) adds 50 to 75 cents. Points: a small, medium or large earns 100 Rewards points; the can and the Kids size don’t.

How to order a 7 Energy
Say the size and “7 Energy,” then the flavor: “medium Ocean Breeze 7 Energy.”
Add “sugar-free” before “7 Energy” if you want the diet base; ask for sugar-free syrups too or the drink is only half sugar-free.
Pick iced (default) or “as a chiller” for the frozen version.
Optional: “with cold foam” or “half sweet.” Sweetness can be set to 1/4, 1/2, regular or extra.
In the 7 Brew app (order-ahead launched August 12, 2026) 7 Energy sits under its own tab; choose original or sugar-free first, then flavors. You still pay at the drive-thru window.

Is 7 Energy the same as a Red Bull infusion?
No. 7 Brew makes its own 7 Energy base and also sells it in 12 oz cans. Some competitors build energy drinks on Red Bull; 7 Brew does not list Red Bull anywhere on its menu.
Can kids drink 7 Energy?
