I can’t explain the 11 mg. A typical Earl Grey is 40 to 60 mg a cup; either 7 Brew uses a lightly caffeinated blend or the guide has the decaf and Earl Grey numbers close together by mistake. I report what the guide says and would not rely on it for a caffeine boost either way. Cinnamon spice tea shows the same 11 / 21 mg pattern.
