7 Brew Rewards is a phone-number loyalty program: 100 points for every qualifying drink, a free drink at 1,000 points (so the tenth drink is free), a free birthday drink, and points that also buy merch like keychains, caps and jackets. Points and free drinks expire after 365 days without a purchase. Since August 12, 2026, only small, medium and large drinks earn points; 7 Energy cans and Kids sizes don’t. You don’t need the app to earn or redeem, but the app (iPhone and Android) is where redemption is easiest and where order-ahead lives. The math: what a free drink is really worth
Ten drinks earn 1,000 points, so the program is a straight 10% back in kind. If your usual is a medium Blondie at about $5.75, ten visits ($57.50) earn one free medium, worth about $5.75, or 10%. Two things make it better than that: the free drink can be any size at most stands (pick a large), and the birthday drink is extra. Two things make it worse: cans and kids drinks earn nothing, and if you skip 7 Brew for a year everything resets.

How to earn points
Order a small, medium or large drink at the window or in the app.
Give your phone number at the window (or be signed in to the app, where points post automatically).
Watch the balance in the app’s Rewards tab or at rewards.7brew.com; 100 points per drink.
At 1,000 points, tap Rewards in the app to choose a free drink or merch, or tell the Brewista you want to redeem.
How to redeem
In the app, 7 Brew’s FAQ says to “tap the Rewards tab at the bottom of the app” and choose from the available offers; the reward attaches to your account and the Brewista applies it at the window. Without the app, give your number and say you want to use a free drink. Free drinks you’d saved before the app launched stayed as free drinks (they did not convert back to points), and unused points transferred automatically.
The 7 Brew app
Free on the App Store and Google Play, with mobile ordering since August 12, 2026. Order-ahead works at participating stands during their hours, one order at a time; you pay at the drive-thru, not in the app; recently ordered drinks sit at the top for reordering. 7 Brew has acknowledged an Android display issue where the app “may appear cut off.” Bugs, wrong points and order problems go through the contact form at 7brew.com/support with “App” selected.

How does 7 Brew Rewards work?
You sign up with your phone number, earn 100 points per qualifying drink (small, medium or large), and a free drink costs 1,000 points, so every tenth drink is free. Points can also buy merch. 7 Brew’s rewards page and FAQ lay this out.
Do 7 Brew points expire?
Yes. Points and saved free drinks expire after 365 consecutive days with no purchase on the account. Any purchase resets the clock.
Is there a 7 Brew birthday reward?
Yes, a free birthday drink for registered accounts with a birthday on file. Add or fix your birthday through the 7brew.com/support form.
Do energy cans and kids drinks earn points?
Not since August 12, 2026. 7 Brew’s FAQ says points are earned on qualifying small, medium and large drinks only.
Do I need the app for 7 Brew Rewards?
No. You can earn and redeem by giving your phone number at the window. The app adds order-ahead and a Rewards tab for redeeming, and points from before the app transferred automatically.
