7 Fizz is 7 Brew’s caffeine-free handcrafted soda: carbonated water, any flavor syrups you like, and optionally a splash of cream. The plain base is 0 calories and 0 caffeine in every size, so the whole drink is the syrup you add, which puts a flavored small like Pink Mermaid at about 160 calories or near zero if you go sugar-free. A small costs about $3.25 to $3.75 in 2026, and the ten named combos on the September menu are Blood Orange, Pink Mermaid, Peaches N’ Cream, Brew Lagoon, Cherry Blossom, Tiki Tango, Stargazer, Dragons Blood, Bahama Mama and Midnight Rain. Every one of them can be made as a Frozen Chiller.
It’s the drink I point non-coffee drinkers to first, and it’s the only 7 Brew category where a large is still a reasonable calorie count.
What is a 7 Fizz, exactly?
7brew.com describes it as “handcrafted, caffeine-free soda with your choice of flavor.” In practice the Brewista pours syrups over ice, tops with sparkling water, and adds cream if you ask. It’s the same build as an Italian soda at a coffee shop; the “20,000+ flavor options” 7 Brew advertises applies here more than anywhere, because there’s no coffee flavor to fight with. The syrups that work best in a Fizz are the fruit ones (blue raspberry, cherry, peach, coconut, watermelon, lime); chocolate and caramel syrups exist but read strange in soda.

The base is zero across the board. Here’s Pink Mermaid as the reference flavored Fizz from 7 Brew’s June 2026 guide (the medium iced row in the PDF reads 5 calories, which is clearly a typo for about 240; I’ve left the guide’s Chiller numbers, which are consistent).

Blood Orange, Brew Lagoon and Sunrise Fizz are within 10 calories of those numbers; Peaches N’ Cream is a little higher (180 small) because of the vanilla. A small flavored Fizz has about the sugar of a can of Coke (41 g); a large has two cans’ worth. Sugar-free syrups take it to roughly 0 to 10 calories.

How to order a 7 Fizz
Say the size and the name: “medium Pink Mermaid Fizz.” Or build one: “small Fizz with cherry and coconut.”
Add “with cream” for a cream-soda texture, or “no cream” if the named drink usually has it (Pink Mermaid and Bahama Mama often do).
Say “sugar-free” for diet syrups, or “half sweet” to cut the syrup pumps in half.
Add “as a chiller” for the frozen version.
