The guide’s hot black tea rows read 11 mg for Kids through medium and 21 mg for a large, identical to the Earl Grey rows, which I think is a copy error on 7 Brew’s side; brewed black tea doesn’t lose 75 mg by being served hot. I’ve left those rows out and would plan on the iced numbers.
